originated from John Hanson Community School, the word Sane would be used to describe someone like charlie valvona. you simply point your hand at someone in a handshake motion and just scream “SANE” or “what a sane” or, in more specific ways, “sane left now.” a sane is just an npc X 1000. you just know someone is a sane by looking at them.
