When you grabs somebody's scrotum and pull it as hard as you can until it's like Laffy Taffy (Willy Wonka's Candy). You can also get the mans scrotum and put it in an egg beater and have the "sack" get pulled into a long thin Laffy Taffy like ball sack.

Man 1: Dude don't go out with her, she gave me a "sack taffy".

Man 2: No, i like it rough *winks*.
