An advanced state of intoxication, generally related or pertaining to an assumed level of genius or superiority as a result of ones imbibing of alcoholic beverages at parties, bars, clubs, etc.

In otherwords, you're totally trashed and talkin a lot of shi'ite.

Boosty Stuff

Boosty Stuff is a slang name for the drug cocaine in its powder form, ready for use. The term originates as a little known parody of the children's video game Cars, in which vehicles accelerate rapidly for a short period of time by consuming 'Boost Juice'. The identification by Larry the Cable Guy marking the substance as 'Boosty Stuff' in the game became known as a reference to high grade, ready to use cocaine by unknown sources.

Jim went to the crack dealer to get some boosty stuff. Jane just railed a line of boosty stuff. Don't forget your boosty stuff!

In Modern Warfare 2, a person or group of people who use Tactical Insertions to their advantage, go to a rarely-used place on a map, set the insertions, then continuously kill each other to get a free nuke or a bunch of free headshots. This is considered complete and utter cheating and is commonly rejected by professional players. MW2 pro "Sandy Ravage" has a series on YouTube called Booster Justice which is him killing boosters to no end.
