Get the Greece, New Yorkmug. The New York Waste, a free underground newspaper that’s been around since 1997 specializing in Punk & Rock’n’Roll and the lifestyle that surrounds it.
Stuff like Motorhead, the Ramones, The Bullys, to unsigned local independent acts and gigs, places you pay 5 bucks or less to get in. It is known to give bands their first reviews. The NY Waste has even reviewed demos.
Contributors consist of a bunch of crazy writers, cartoonists, photographers, and the New York Waste is known to have published their first works. Some have even carried on to get noted jobs.
The New York Waste could be known as the first step on the ladder…
