Version 1 (Original):
1. In a small group, one player closes their eyes.
2. Using hand gestures, everyone else settles on a number between 1 to 10, representing the secret rating.

It is also used by many former students who just feel like voicing complaints towards whomever they are writing reviews for, whether or not said professor is actually competent at performing their job.
