B: I don't think it's either overrated or underrated, just rated.

A: "I think that the rural MidWest is seriously underrated."
B: I think it would have to be rated at all in order to be underrated.

So the word “rated” now means equality rated not underrated or overratedit had gotten the right Amount it deserved

There's been so many posts about this character being underrated, I'm starting to think they're actually just rated.
