Get the Government Cheezemug. Elite ruling body of a state, territory or country who believes they are doing good by their people by oppressing them with often times pointless laws. This ruling body makes rules or laws that they expect regular citizens to follow with threat of monetary fines or jail time; however, Government officials almost always have loopholes for themselves that is often times exploited by this elite ruling body for monetary gain and to continue their rule of power.
