Something that is easy to enter but at the same time difficult to escape, like being trapped in a situation where you have no control, such as parental restrictions on screen time due to not getting to choose your parents — despite subscribing to numerous YouTube channels, e.g. 600+ channels.

Getting sucked into binge-watching one show felt like a black hole; it was so easy to start, but breaking free from the urge to watch just one more episode was impossible.
