4. Someone who spends the whole day surfing the internet instead of working.

A variation of dibbs. Dibbs indicates first rights to something and therefore saying "first dibbs" is unecessary and silly. Second dibbs, third, and so on are completely acceptable.

You called first dibbs on the last piece of pie. Well, I am going to take it anyway, because you are dumb and don't know how to use the term dibbs properly.
