A person who is so quick to bring down the mood their very appearance sucks the buzz out of the air leaving those behind choking for some fun.

A buzz cut so lucky it enables flowers to blossom in the winter, a lucky summer buzz is a short buzz cut usually gotten towards the end of june entering july most often the buzzcut is unexpected or otherwise "RANDOM" leaving the person looking like an idiot, most oftenly the lucky summer buzz is sported with lucky summer trousers and or a lucky summer treasure chest

hit the buzza

You're out of control. Stop acting out of control, or Calm it down.

It comes from a board game in the 1990's by Parker Brothers, called Outta Control, during which a player would "Hit the buzzer" when someone was violating a rule.

You friend is acting crazy, or blowing things out of proportion and you say, "Hit the buzza"... it's like saying "stop, you're totally out of control."
