its another word for a young lady. I made up this term some months ago and can refer to an adult female between the ages of 18 to 39, given they are youthful looking.

Look at that fine young lady serving us. She is what I would like to call an 'adult girlie. She could not be far past 21, as she is serving us beer.

Cartoon Network's late night programming block that you probably used to stay up late to watch Family Guy on as a kid. Has a habit of showing weird experimental programming past midnight, which you've probably woken up to in the middle of the night and wondered if you were still dreaming.

Kid A: "You look tired today. Did you stay up to watch Family Guy on adult swim again?"
Kid B: "Yeah, and then I woke up to some weird shit at 3 AM and couldn't tell if it was real or not."
