While used in most areas of nor cal, people from Santa Cruz look down on it, considering it valley. This is most likely due to all the tourists from San Jose they get. If a local uses it they will be at least temprarily shunned and often yelled at by even their closes friends.

helay

Helay is usually the popular girl at school who thinks she rules over everyone, she also has a very big ego.

Helay has most likely dated almost every guy in her year level.

Helay acts as if she doesn't have a care in the world yet she has high hopes.

Although Helay is a bitch most times she can be a nice person if you get to know her.

If there is a Helay at school get to know her and discover her nice side.

Be a friend of helays if there is a guy you want to get in with, she could probably hook you up with them within a split second. I don't advice this tho, (Using someone is wrong even though she uses you 2 wrongs don't make a right).
