Spanish for badass bitch. The word originated from el Sur este de Houston but in many Mexican circles it is believed to come from the Mexican state of Nuevo León. Wherever the word comes from its still defined as badass bitch or bien chingona.

Delmar is an amazing brother, he has his annoying moments like when he pokes the devil out of you, but then he has his wonderful brotherly love moments like when you cut your shin open because you were doing knife tricks with your brother so technically it was his fault all along... but that's not the point the point is that he helped you clean it and wrap it up because your to scared to even cry so he makes you laugh instead.
