1. A crazy homeless person everyone calls Good Guy Charlie because he is not only insane but obsessed with the unknown and maybe alot of other things that make him a good guy.. ???
2. Good Guy Charlie can also just so happen to be a concept of/or somebody who's decided to go "above and beyond" for whatever reason and there's no telling what point he may be trying to prove or what he may be trying to change because he went above and beyond in his own mind and he's a little stupid but he isn't just Charles Manson... He's GOOD GUY Charles Manson and that's what gives him those redeeming qualities, implying they're there because he truly just want to undo the damage he's probably done to himself.. cause it's very hard to be a good guy that way.

The same people that tricked them into getting locked up are the ones that trick vacationers out of their money, then report about it on the media to defer suspicion somewhere else. Fall guys are picked by these people based on their weaknesses, so that they become targets when the going gets tough, or when people would start to suspect them instead of the people they say are the criminals (kind of like scapegoats that make themselves easy to find).
