A person(s) that is mentally inept, fragile, wound tightly, and under the slightest amount of pressure will "pop" and come undone completely. This person(s) mental fortitude is not only a joke but also combustible, pathetic and weak as tissue paper. Much like the anti-climactic toy "Pop-Its" they are definitely far from the brightest and are nothing special to behold. This often leads to things becoming more difficult for everyone around them.
