A white person who act like a ghetto fabulous black person. This often results in the forming of white gangsters. Not ganstas, sters. These groups ofter wear the apparel that is way to big, way too gold, and way to tackey, which puts a bad name to all ghetto people out there. We white people are very sorry for wiggeys; we would create a war, but were screwed up enough as it is.
