Nonsensical or harmful. Most commonly used to refer to one's political views, but can also be used to describe an event, or as a completely apolitical substitute for "wacky."

Person 1: "La Follette supported eugenics."
Person 2: "Oh look, I found one wicky belief he had! Look how cool I am!"
