1. A phrase used by masculine women to state their transition to being a feminine woman.

2. One of the final phases of a thot/city girl’s cycle, where she realizes she’s nearing 30+ and is trying to reform her ‘ho phase’ with ‘dating with a purpose’ by being more feminine.

Girl 1: Girl let’s go twerk on top of that car.

Girl 2: No, girl, I’m searching for a good man now, I’m in my soft girl era.

Examples of soft drugs include alcohol, marijuana, caffeine, nicotine, and shrooms.

Soft Boy

A guy who is very retro for his generation. He comes off as closed off or reserved, but he’s actually protecting his heart from getting broken like in past relationships. He normally likes bands scanning from the 60’s to early 2000’s and maybe some tunes from now. He’s the type of person who is silent, but has so much to say. When he talks about his music or hobbies, he’ll get so passionate it seems like you’re seeing the real him.

Random Girl: “What bands do you listen to?”
Guy: “Vintage Classics like The 1975, Oasis, Strawberry Alarmclock and Weezer.”
Random Girl: “Oh, so you’re a soft boy then!”
