Annoying person, usually completely socially inept who can not, for the absolute life of them, keep their damn hands down in class. Usually ends in a hatred for that person.
These folk take up precious time and neurons. A detriment to society in general.

Raisin Eye

A shriveled eye that resembles a raisin from over exposure to the air(i.e. lack of blinking).

Dude I was drinking hard last night and puked in my eye. From what I understand I then I managed to pass out with my eye stuck open. In the morning I went to the ER and they had to rehydrate my Raisin Eye.
