The difference in saying not and no taking off the t of not making the manipulative common not and no the same
Sam said to ryan that no and not where the same in order to proove her point that she knew he was going to say not even though he said no but she turned it into a manipulative common so that no and not meant the same thing which means inconclusion sam was right and ryan was wrong
