a way of life in danbury, conencticut. was formed in october of 2006 by two of the biggest party animals you will find. there have been many proposals to the initial start of CHiPSET but only a select few know the real reason. CHiPSET does not start trouble with anyone, the only poeple CHiPSET has a problem with are people who stars trouble with them.
