A non-Japanese individual who is so enamoured with Japan that they act as though they are stuck in a Tokyo high school anime forever, prioritise Japanese media over their own culture, and pretend to be Japanese at heart.
Historically, someone who would back Japan in the event that their own country went to war, added with extreme wannabe energy.
