A person who abstains from meat (pork, beef, chicken, fish, etc) for global, socio-economic reasons. Chooses dairy from sustainably farmed resources. Not squeamish around cooked meat.

Noting his date was vegetariat, Jake chose a restaurant that served sustainable protein with multiple choices.
