Ligma 

Ligma is a word that is pronounced (Lig-Ma). The word Ligma is a disease that can be received from being inside the house too long, this disease is not transferable so you are safe if you have interacted with anyone who might have it. Some ways to cure this disease is to leave your house and touch some healthy green grass that can be found outside.

An example might be ("Do you have ligma." Said some guy, "What is ligma?" asked the other guy, "Ligma balls lmao!" said some guy.).

A treatment for ligma is, ligma balls bruv. You just have to tell someone something that has ligma in it, and if he asks: "What's ligma" say the following: LIGMA FRICKIN BALLS BEATCH.
