The Tour de France is a sexual maneuver performed when a girl riding a bicycle with rear pegs, is penetrated by someone standing on said rear pegs. It is extremely difficult, and dangerous. However, thousands of people perform this maneuver every other week. (esp. in California)

A shithole full of snobby pricks who think it's alright to drop nukes near Australia and New Zealand. The most notable thing about France is that it lost to Germany in World War 2 after 2 weeks even though it had been preparing for an invasion since 1918.

Tourist: I just went to France.

frances is a nice sweet girl. usually she'd get mad because she might have anger management problems but other than that she's fine. she has nice blonde hair. she has a little shoe game and she can dress. frances keeps to herself and stays out of trouble. she'll always be a good friend to you no matter what because it's none of her business of what's happening. shes a sweet and kindhearted girl. frances is to die for.
