eye-conversation

When you talk to someone using only your eyes. Girls tend to do this a lot; making conversation to one another without anyone else knowing what they're saying. Can also be done at a bar when you make eye contact with someone and then continue an eye-conversation with one another until you know it's ready to make a move on the other person or not.
