Twinkie

A confident, young (early twenties or younger) attractive male, often preyed upon by 'cougars'.

Twinkie Cake

Often refers to a homosexual man's butt hole (always referring to the bottom). Mostly describes the butt hole of a slim, blond, and slutty gay (also known as a twink), but can be used to describe any bottom depending on context and to whom you are speaking. It is usually accompanied by some reference to a twinkie (dessert) but that is not always needed.
