sniff and lift

when your dog sticks their nose in between your legs while you're standing so you get lifted up a little bit. they then keep walking so your standing over their back and they can get their butt scratched.

As soon as I got home my dog Oso gave me a sniff and lift.

When you're thirteen,on the school bus,sitting with your " girl " trying to get a few scratches between them thighs,so you have something to sniff while waiting for everyone in the house to fall asleep so you can polish your carrot.

Midnight Sniff

When you need to scratch your ass hole in the night and you carefully do it as to not have smelly fingers the rest of the night. You double check just to make sure by sniffing. If you are good , back to sleep. If not, you gotta go wash your hands.

I “midnight sniffed” 7 times last week and only had to wash my hands once.
