A Terry (also known as Tezza or Terry the Tactil) is the noise you make when you do that weird little singular hiccupy/burp that takes you (and everyone else around you by surprise).

Terry's Law is the summarisation and simplification of the universal law "If you don't ask for something you wont receive it." condensing it to a much more digestible "Don't ask, don't get".
