Oscar Peltzer is a character in Summer Camp Island and an anthropomorphic elephant who is best friends with Hedgehog. Oscar tends to be socially awkward and slightly uncomfortable with his new things. However, when he sets his mind to something, he will become determined to perform any task or complete any objective.
