Clown lung is the slang term for talcosis. Inhaling talcum powder excessively over time causes lung problems, even death. People who have regularly breathed in talcum powder over long periods of time have developed serious lung damage and cancer. Clowns apply heavy talcum to set their make-up so that's where the slang term originated from.

Clown walking, A dance that came from the original "Crip Walk" a gangwalk that the crips use after killing someone.
