NUT THE FUCK UP

A phrase used to encourage someone to either be more courageous or put in more effort. It is particularly useful when sarcastically directed towards someone you do not genuinely want to do better, though this is not the only use for it.

"That player just missed his second open lay up! Yo, NUT THE FUCK UP!"
"I really like that girl over there, but I'm too scared to talk to her..." "Bro, NUT THE FUCK UP!"
