Used to describe a person that is not willing to pay money for services and would rather save money and do it themselves. A person not willing to pay a premium for goods and is always looking for the least expensive option.

When a guy/girl already got it twisted and you're warning them not to twist it up anymore.
It means getting to the point where you won't be able to undo what's done.
