Nigga
A word used to describe a person who is close to you, like a friend (or enemy). The context is what gives it meaning. The race is irrelevant as long as you know the people you are saying it to and they cool with it then you good. Unless they ain't then be ready for the consequences of using a politically charged and racial slur.
Person 1: Only real niggas know when it's coo to say nigga, right playa?
Person 2: Nigga, do I know you?
Person 1: (*gets layed out*)

Nigga is a word that caucasien people like saying on a day to day basis. Some may say that it’s just a word and that everyone should be allowed to say it, even tho that is not the case. It’s a highly offensive word to the black community and should not be said by anyone other then black people.

The only people who should say nigga is black people and Hispanics or if u mixed period nigga. If u pale but are still black and or mixed with black or Hispanic then yes u can say nigga.
