Nigger word comes from white people in the United States. A racial slur used to dehumanize black slaves. To justify transatlantic slavery in the US whites had to keep up with the claim that blacks were inferior and ignorant because they did not have white skin. A word like nigger justified blacks being treated like animal. Since the end of slavery blacks are still dealing with whites using the word to undermine their value as human beings. The word justified raping of slaves from babies to black men. Blacks were considered to basically have no brain consciousness . In current day the descendents of slavery us nigga now not nigger. Ebonics played a part in why the -a insted of -er. Therefore 2 different meanings now. They used the word do to internalized racism in the community. In a way to somehow fight the racism by trying to make the word light heart amongst themselves.

A racist, derogatory term used heavily in the slavery-Jim Crow era, white people used this term as a label for slaves/black people in order to degrade and dehumanize them. Unfortunately, the word is still used today, mainly by (brain-dead) people who dislike black people, and ofc the pussies that feel the need to say it when you disagree with their opinion over social media,(Vice Versa)they’re behind a screen they say it Bc they know they won’t face consequences.
Reasons people use the term include:
1. family history of racism
2. the actions of one causing a person to have negative feelings about a whole group
3. area of upbringing
Ofc there’s many more but trying to keep it concise. Not just white people use this term anymore. People of all races do, bc the word itself has gained a somewhat “comedic” angle also bc of a lack of fear of consequences Bc you can’t get punched through a screen…. Yet. In conclusion, this term is dated, it’s creation is deeply rooted in ignorance, hate, and years of pain. Why people think it’s funny for it to thrown around as if it’s just a some offensive joke, I will never know.
