Attention Fag

A kid, usually 10 - 18 that purposely makes rude, annoying noise to make people laugh to their cheap "comedy." Usually, everyone hates them. They usually participate in a "Stupid Contest," which is the contest where one tries to purposely act stupid on purpse and sees who can annoy everyone else the most.
