1) A Drag queen
2) A Guy who has gone half way through his sex change operation...he has titts but still has his penis.
3) A man who has a condition where they grow breats from excess female hormones or steroid use.

When someone is from a different area and uses different slang than you're used to, even though you understand it.

Or when you meet someone that uses slang, and you don't expect them to talk that way.

Negro-slang

Name for the type of slang that is used by black people. Words for the most part sound like complete nonsense and consist of words such as "work" that are simply mispelled to say "wurk" and suddenly are given a completely different meaning. Many of the words are sexual references.

That negro-slang makes no sense at all.

Raj is a slang term used in the North of England to say someone is a bit mad, crazy or does stupid things, knowing that they are stupid but do them anyway.
