Tricky Rick

An increasingly popular nickname for Guantanamo Rick, AKA Governor DeSatanic, as an homage to Tricky Dick Nixon, since he too is obviously a stealthy trickster who has so far managed to almost bury his role at the American torture palace on Cuban soil as well as to mostly obfuscate his longstanding devotion to the dark arts.

Tricky Rick has no charisma or personality whatsoever but he makes up for that with frequent acts of sadistic aggression and a cadre of anonymous wealthy donors.
