Calc, for those who aren’t aware, is short for the term “Calculator”. Calculators are mainly used for calculating things that are deemed too difficult for the average brain, such as 12,000 plus 3. “Calc” (which, mentioned before, is short for calculator) was made to shorten the term, in order to save time

User of the word: “5 times 20,000 you would- everyone I know would need a calculator”

User: “You have a calculator”
Calc: “How did I do it in 2 seconds then? It takes at least five seconds to type it in the calculator”
