To be high from inhaling paint fumes. Often done by releasing spray-paint into a paper-bag and then huffing in the paper bag.

Those Mexicans in Jr. High were always all spooked out.

Black-out

A sarcastic or mocking-esque phrase referring to someone who is not of African-American descent using phrases or pursuing interests which are typically associated with the African-American community.

Yeah, I guess there's a black-out. Hopefully we can just start being ourselves soon.

kissing out

Kissing out is the disputed midpoint between making out and kissing. There is a debate on what classifies a kiss as a makeout. Some authorities on the matter suggest that a kiss becomes a makeout after a certain duration of time; while others argue that it is determined by whether the toungue is used or not. The creation of this word eliminates any arguement by taking all middle gound between making out and a kissing and calling it kissingout.

Girl: Did Tom and Sally makeout at that party?
Guy: No they hooked up but they weren't alone for long.
Girl: Oh, so then what did they do?
Guy: They just kissed out.
Girl: Oh ok, I wish I couldve been kissing out with Tom.

To "tech out" or be teching out, one is high from speed or meth and may or may not be displaying signs of a jib teck warrior or princess.
Another BC slang term.

"Last night those warriors were teching out large!"
