Measured on a scale of 1 to 10.
1 is basic hentai
2-5 are of minor disgustance, eg. Nasty BDSM, Hot wax, etc.

8 is Goatse, Meatspin or similar grossness
9 is Lemonparty (only one given a 9 so far
