Regurgitate

The action(s) of projecting ones own internalized attitudes or beliefs onto others; specifically when they address certain people of a minority they both belong to or an audience that have similar prejudice. Typically we see these situations with 'pick me' personalities who appeal to their oppressors while also trying to separate themselves from those who have a similar background. Similarly, these same people who internalize these attitudes or beliefs of others will regurgitate it back out into the world as if it were their own.

Women who regurgitate misogyny will say that it is the woman's fault if a man were to sexually assault them.

A person or a thing that is so regular and/or basic, that they literally mean nothing.

A Honda Civic is so regular shmegular, it gives me health issues.

Regular

A person who frequently visits a business or public establishment such as a store or restaurant. Sometimes the staff know the "regular" on a first name basis, restaurants may have their order or preferred seat memorized. Some regulars are well liked by the staff and some aren't (eg Karens).

Eddie is a regular is Meathead's BBQ. Whenever he walks in, one of the servers always says "Hi Eddie" and usually asks him "You having your usual today?" while taking him to his preferred place to sit

Regulus is a star, but not only that, he also acts like one. He's amazing and while he thinks he isn't, he truly is. Poetic and very kind to others whilst also setting what needs to be set.
