in Riverdale, The Serpent Queen is Elizabeth Cooper. Many of you could get confused thinking it's Cheryl Blossom, but she's not.
The explanation is easy. Jughead Jones is the Serpent King, so it'd make no sense that his Queen was Cheryl. Plus, Betty did a lot of things for the Serpents, such as an initiation process, helped them in numerous occasions, and let's remember her mother used to be a Serpent.

-Someone who is on a first name basis with every flea market owner within 100 miles.
-Someone who wears vintage styles and doesn't care what others think.
-Someone who likes to mix rust with diamonds and tattered pearls with new crystal.
-Someone possibly obsessed with Marie Antoinette.

A (usually) antique item, such as a clock, radio, sewing machine, spinning wheel, tool, car parts, etc, that may or may not work, kept strictly as a display item. More often than not the item does not work but the owner has no intention of repairing it, it just sits there.
If it is sometimes used and is not strictly a decoration it is NOT a shelf queen.

"Did Joe ever get that Sparton Bluebird working?"
"No, it's just a shelf queen for his mantel. Thousands of dollars for a non-working radio, just for display!"
