1. The product that occurs when one is leaving a voicemail and water gets into their phone and the phone short circuits. The water can either be on purpose or accidental (from rain, splashing, etc.)
2. Throwing water at someone while they are checking their voicemail.

This may also provide an explanation for why many individuals think they are not voiceagenic: when someone hears there own voice—an unmodified recording—they compare it to their normal voice, and the resulting incongruence is attributed to a rough tone, drunken sound, horse sounding or sounds like a man or a women or being “not voiceagenic

A special level of lolcow only attained through successive demonstrations of the follow traits: inability to sustain any healthy relationships, verbal diarrhea, appallingly crass & offensive insults, bigotry, self pity, and repeated failures to take responsibility for self, abuser of the elderly and infirm.
