The Video Game Cartoon Police (often shortened to VGCP) were an Group of Internet Troll Hunters that was created in 2013 by Former YouTube Troll Police (UTTP) Officer and YouTube user 'Officer THY RAGE' to combat the Trolling Group after his departure that same year.

The VGCP were most commonly seen in sub-spaces on YouTube, Roblox, Google+ and Go!Animate {pre-2016}
