The lesser known Rural Chav displays the same characteristics as the regular (or common) Chav, the major difference being that the Rural Chav lives in a village rather than a town or suburb and probably has furry dice in his/her tractor rather than a "hot hatch" and styles their hair with lard.
If one were to draw a comparison between Chavs and Pigeons, the pigeons you find in rural woodland (akin to Rural Chavs) carry less diseases than their urban cousins (The Common Chav) but are still essentially flying rats!

The coolest people ever. They understand the importance of great communities and are able to make them happen without stepping all over your private property rights. Give these people a big hug.

A locality that is situated 60 miles or more from a large, multi-national retailer or service company - Namely McDonalds, Walmart or Starbucks.
Hallock, Minn, the ultra-rural county seat of Kittson County, is small business heavy and far from any large retailer.

A dictionary that is not nearly as urban and cool as Urban Dictionary. It can also describe words that used to be urban, but have now become cool in rural farming communities.
