A person, specifically a high school student, that is on a bus trip. Usually is only applied to long co-ed bus trips that include overnights.

Remember the senior class trip to New York City? We were all doggers after that 20 hour ride!

A Rick Dogger is a man or woman who brings "redneckness" if you will to a whole new level. These individuals also like to chant RICK DOGGER! when they are with one another.
