Skidder

A child within the age of 13-16 whom downloads a Linux Distribution off of the internet containing hacking tools, publicly self-proclaims themselves as a hacker, but uses none of the tools contained therein, or correctly, or had no prior knowledge of the Linux Operating system before doing so. Also, potentially still plays Minecraft in Windows with Cortana and Telemetry turned 'On", and doesn't know what a Regular Expression is.
