Shingaurds used in Football (soccer if you live in the US), as said by a very british official. Usually used in conjunction with other british phraises. Prominently featured in the Schwann's USA cup.

An individual who relates/kins the character Shinji Ikari from the anime Neon Genesis Evangelion. This individual may suffer from crippling depression and anxiety and probably has some messed up daddy issues. They are also a loser who can’t make friends.
