A person that exhibits a disgusting appearance. Typically a female. They may be missing teeth and use the little money they have to buy lottery tickets. Sometimes they exhibit "Skanky" actions. They are normally older in age as well, and their clothes may be deteriorating "hag." So when you put those two words together, you get scag.
That lady is such a scag!

Jaquan finished all his homework early, but because his parents were still pissed at him, he pulled a scags to make it seem like he was working hard.

The teacher had finished everything she wanted to go through early, but rather then letting her students out before the bell, she pulled a scags and just started going through everything again.
